Requirements

• Current Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
• Preferred: Minimum one (1) year of home health nursing experience
• Graduated from an accredited Wound, Ostomy, and Continence (WOC) nursing education program
• Experience in wound and ostomy care within an interdisciplinary team
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Requirements

• Current Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) licensure

• Experience as a Wound/Ostomy consult RN working with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Strong knowledge and skills to deliver competent, compassionate care across all age groups
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
