As a full-service hospice and home care agency providing a broad range of services to our customers, we are currently seeking a Full Time Physical Therapist to help our patients regain independence by providing therapy services in their home environments primarily in Rio Rancho & Bernalillo. Under the Home Health Director's supervision, our therapists perform patient assessments and implement individualized plans of care to help our clients achieve their functional goals.
