High-Yield/ Distressed Credit Trader

The Head of Credit Trading will have the exciting responsibility of executing and managing high-yield and distressed credit trades. They will lead a team of skilled traders and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. We are looking for an ideal candidate with a successful background in running a trading desk, expert knowledge of the high-yield and distressed credit markets, and invaluable connections with market participants.

Work location: 100% in office

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Responsible for driving the growth and overseeing the management of the corporate product, strengthening Odeon’s presence.
• Execute and manage trades involving high-yield and distressed credit securities.
• Lead and supervise a team of traders, promoting a collaborative and high-performance culture.
