Global Security Operations Center Shift Lead

Control Risks is looking to hire and embedded GSOC Shift Lead to support a major technology client of ours based in San Jose. We are looking to hire three people to support each shift on our team. These roles will help to oversee the operators on site and ensure all monitoring and response activities are carried out appropriately and efficiently.

This position will cover 24/7/365 on a 4x12 shift schedule. This will require the candidate to work 4 days on of 12 hour shifts, followed by 4 days off. This role will cover both night and day shifts on a rotational schedule.

• Supervise and direct GSOC operators to ensure all tasks and monitoring/response activities are carried out efficiently and in compliance with standard operating procedures
• Ensure proper handover between shifts and maintain continuity of operations;
