Global Procurement Manager

The Senior Manager, Global Sourcing and Procurement provides ownership and leadership throughout the lifecycle of procurement and sourcing strategy deployment. The goal is to optimize the supply of raw materials, purchased components, and indirect goods and services to enable profitable growth for the various product lines and drive sustainable end-to-end process efficiencies, resulting in an enhanced Customer experience.

The successful Manager will engage cross-functional team members and vendor partners to foster dynamic relationships in support of performance objectives, while managing a multi-regional purchasing team to drive operational excellence. You are responsible for leading the procurement and supplier quality activities to support the unit of 10 manufacturing sites and 16 distribution centers.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the Operational and Sourcing teams, and the Supplier Quality team

Establish and implement benchmarks and metrics including scorecards to set baseline standards and review for improvement opportunities.

Coordinate and oversee company procurement with a view towards reducing costs while improving the overall quality of sourced goods and services.

Negotiate multi-year contracts to cover 85% of units' spend

Collaborate with business leaders to evaluate, anticipate, and drive attainment of unit and platform revenue and margin goals

Ensure compliance with Federal (FAR/DFAR/ITAR), State and Municipal requirements including Small Business Reporting
