Working under the direction of the Operations manager, working as a member within the department, performing administrative functions in accordance with established procedures. 

• Answering phones - Great people skills
• Monitoring. Review Contracts, set up new accounts, and work with sales team.
• Tag reporting for compliance engine and other entities that require reporting.
• Set up service calls in Great Plains and Service Trade.

• Mailing of monthly AR statements.
• Other responsibilities as required to support the business.
• Additional duties will be assigned once familiar with our systems and processes
• Back up for department team when out.

Requirements
