POSITION SUMMARY

As a Distribution Center Operations Manager at Noble, you will play a critical role in leading and managing the daily operations of our distribution center. Reporting to the Warehouse General Manager, your responsibilities will encompass overseeing the entire facility, optimizing processes, and ensuring the efficient flow of goods to meet customer demands. Your leadership, strategic thinking, and commitment to operational excellence are pivotal in delivering outstanding results and driving the success of our distribution center. This individual is also required to understand all systems that are utilized in the distribution environment, ensure safety and OSHA compliance standards.

As the Fulfillment Manager, you will lead and inspire our outbound team to deliver on Ship Essential’s high standards. You will be responsible for ensuring all operations meet our service level agreements (SLA), with a focus on managing custom requirements from our diverse brands. This role requires a seasoned leader with a strong background in managing large teams, holding them accountable to the highest standards, while fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
