Front Desk Receptionist/Test Center Proctor

Primary function as the Front Desk Receptionist/Test Center Proctor, while performing a wide range of administrative and office support activities for administration to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization. Always, keeping the focus on student success and academic achievement by students of the institution continuously. Must be able to sit regularly for long periods of time.

 Essential Functions:

• Manages the reception area to ensure effective telephone and mail communications both internally and externally to maintain professional image. Responsible for the gathering and management of data pertaining to the Admissions department.
• Manage electronic and physical files for all incoming cohorts including supplying and tracking missing documents.
