About the Role:

At our company, we transform tickets into PRs for engineering teams, with over 13k PRs shipped to prod for various clients. As we continue to grow rapidly, we're seeking a Growth Lead to remove bottlenecks and drive exponential growth. Your mission is to attract numerous users to our platform and book demos, enabling us to expand our global reach and gather valuable data for AI model training. You'll be responsible for crafting experiments across multiple channels, analyzing data, and building a team to accelerate growth.

We're seeking individuals with a minimum of 2 years of experience across various growth channels, including ads, emailing, and sponsorships.
