Foster Care: Family Onboarding Specialist

Access Services is hiring a Foster Care Family Onboarding Specialist, who will engage with, support and onboard all potential foster families and respite provider families across the Delaware Valley and Lehigh Valley regions. This individual will lead the process of engaging with, answering questions, supporting, onboarding, and providing ongoing support for families from the time of inquiry through the approval process. 

The Foster Care Family Onboarding Specialist is a unique role, and key to the impact for both the children we serve, and the provider families who host them. In this position, you'll utilize both relational and organizational skills as you take the lead on supporting, engaging with, and onboarding all potential foster families or respite providers.
