Forklift / Yard Jockey Operator

General:

The Forklift / Yard Jockey Operator is responsible for managing the movement and staging of pallets, product, and trailers to and from the shipping dock, plant warehouse, and scales. The driver maintains order on the truck yard, loads trailers of product, and stages trailers for operations. The forklift operator/yard dog driver ensures the safe and correct movement of bins and/or trailers for product. The position reports to the Shipping Supervisor w/ primary work schedule of Tuesday - Friday (days) 7:00am – 5:00pm with flexibility to work daily overtime, some Monday's, early or late shift, and weekends, as needed.
