Forensic Electrical Engineer

We are Recruiting on Purpose, a Forensic  Electrical Engineer in St Louis or Missouri, or nearby state.

Position Details

As a Electrical Engineer, you will conduct and manage investigations and evaluations involving machinery and equipment, examination and damage assessment of mechanical equipment, systems, and components, root cause failure analysis, evaluation of mechanical, corrosion, and metallurgical properties, and repair and replacement cost analysis of damaged facilities and equipment. You will interact with clients and other consultants, manage multiple and unique projects, and prepare written reports summarizing your analyses.

Technical Qualifications: 

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Eectrical engineering

Forensic Electrical Engineer you will play a critical role in investigating electrical system failures remotely, with travel to project sites within the Central US. Your expertise will be vital in identifying causes of mechanical failures and providing thorough analyses.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect Loss Sites: Examine and document electrical system failures on-site.
• Data Collection: Gather and analyze data at loss locations.
• Code Consultation: Review and apply relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
