Provide professional and timely service to customers regarding warranty claims. Retain the ability to manage multiple primary duties simultaneously. Research, monitor, and coordinate fleet management vehicles. Coordinate logistics services provided by Lift Power's Transportation Department, ensuring all records are accurate and D.O.T. compliant.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Process warranty claims
• Document, track, and review warranty claim resolutions
• Identify, organize and prepare warranty parts for return to manufacturer
• Source LPI Vehicle repairs and process sublet billing for LPI vehicle invoices
• Dispatch all company transportation drivers
• Review driver’s daily logs for ELD compliance
• Coordinate scrap battery loads and maintain accurate records for EPA compliance
• Keep assets and driver profiles updated
