Financial Software Engineer Lead - Trading/Risk Systems

Arena Investors, LP is a global investment management firm specializing in credit investing – both private

and public. Due to a new investment mandate, Arena is vastly expanding its credit market investment

strategy.

Arena’s Head of Software Development is looking for hands-on software team lead who will focus on

market trading and risk systems including integrations with counterparties and internal reporting

infrastructure. The right candidate will balance technology skills with financial domain knowledge and

good communication skills. As a development lead, this position would manage 2+ direct reports and

would drive projects from start to finish while working directly with their business constituents in

portfolio management, risk and trading operations.
