Financial Operations Specialist III

CeLeen, an operating firm of Command Holdings, is currently seeking a Financial Operations Specialist III to support a contract for the Air Force Installation and Mission Support Center (AFIMSC) Resource Management (RM) Directorate. Responsibilities for this position may include (but not be limited to) the following:

• Monitoring issuance, execution, and tracking of centralized CE program funds.
• Preparing and tracking Commitment and Obligation documents, and managing status reports for documents such as Purchase Requests, Miscellaneous Obligation Document Records, Journal Vouchers, and other related financial documents.
• Using information from internal AFIMSC databases to provide reports to AFIMSC/RM staff to verify or update Execution plan data, Spend plan data, unfunded requirements analysis, 80/20 obligation mandates, and end of year reporting requirements.
