Seeq is searching for a dynamic Field Enablement Manager who will drive the success of our revenue teams by developing and delivering cutting-edge enablement programs. You will be at the heart of our field learning journey, helping to shape the growth of our sales leaders and executives from onboarding through continuous development.
In this pivotal role, you’ll collaborate with marketing, product, and revenue teams to create impactful training programs that fuel revenue growth. You’ll ensure that our GTM (go-to-market) teams have the skills, tools, and content needed to excel at each sales cycle stage. As a data-driven professional, you'll leverage analytics to measure program effectiveness and continuously optimize our approach to field performance.
