We seek reliable, honest, and hard-working individuals to join our team. This position entails snow removal, after hours maintenance, daily work orders and much more.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and meet various deadlines.
• Good communicator with residents and able to problem-solve.
• Able to paint surfaces, using brushes or paint rollers.
• Perform routine maintenance including landscaping, carpentry, and plumbing.
• Ability to successfully install plumbing systems at new properties.
