Family Support Partner

Human Supports of Idaho, a partner practice of Behavioral Health Solutions, is seeking energetic self-driven individuals that are passionate about assisting children and families living with mental health and/or substance use issues from our Boise or Caldwell offices. The objective for this position is to connect participants to community resources and assist in skill building within the participant’s environment of choice, while preventing transition to a higher level of care. Case Management and Community Based Rehabilitation (CBRS) are recovery based services intended to help participants gain access to greater behavioral, medical and/or social services when unable to do so independently.
