Family Preservation Case Manager

Responsible for providing case management services to children and families in Amarillo and the surrounding area. Duties include in-home crisis intervention, parent education, intensive counseling, assessment and life skills development for families with children at risk for out of home placement.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Social Work, Psychology or Sociology is preferred. Related professional license is preferred.
• Master’s degree and related professional license is preferred. Two years' experience with a bachelor's degree can be substituted.
• Fluent in English and Spanish preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience working with youth and/or families.
• Competency in Microsoft Office for Windows applications (word processing, database, spreadsheet, e-mail, presentation graphics, etc.) is required.
