Purpose of Role

As a key member of our brokerage team, you will work closely with the senior brokers and support office staff to support commercial real estate transactions, develop client relationships, and contribute to the growth of our Scott Braun Realty

Key Responsibilities

Assist senior brokers in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including market research, property valuation, and contract negotiations.

Collaborate with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences, providing tailored solutions and recommendations.

Conduct property tours and showings for prospective tenants, buyers, and investors.

Prepare and present marketing materials, property listings, and investment analysis reports to clients and stakeholders.

Cultivate and maintain relationships with property owners, landlords, tenants, investors, and other industry professionals.
