We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Install Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the installation of HVAC systems in residential properties in and around Charlotte. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC installation, project management, and team leadership.

Requirements

 Train, lead and assist install teams when they:

• Install Air Handlers, Gas Furnaces, Condensers, Coils
• Install Duct Work (Sheet metal experience required)
• Install Registers

Manage truck inventory

Perform QC walk on every install job

Meet with County Inspectors

Other duties as assigned by Supervisor

Must have a minimum of 10 years experience in Installations
