EXL Associate Director

Position Title: EXL Associate Director 

Reports to: EXL Deputy Director

Position Summary: The Associate Director (AD) will oversee and guide a team of 5 - 8 managers supporting Site Coordinators with operational, programmatic, and administrative functions of BACR’s Expanded Learning (EXL) programs within designated school districts in the East Bay. Reporting to the Deputy Director, the AD will ensure the successful delivery of after-school programs that align with BACR’s mission of supporting holistic growth for children and youth. This position is key in fostering positive relationships with school districts, funders, and community partners, as well as supporting team collaboration and accountability while maintaining high program quality standards and fiscal responsibility.
