Executive Secretary

The Executive Secretary will provide efficient and professional administrative support to the management team of the company. This is a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the organization and supporting the accomplishment of its goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain executive schedules, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
• Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, conferences, and other company events.
• Perform general office duties, such as filing, data entry, and record keeping.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
