Executive Assistant to Managing Partners

This position will be based out of our Washington DC office.

We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support two Managing Partners directing Avoq’s creative, content, and advertising practices. This position requires excellent organization, writing, and interpersonal skills and is the point of contact for partners. Ambition, discretion and strong communication and organization skills are highly valued.

• Someone with a strong attention to detail, a desire to dig into complex client issues, and possess the ability to adjust and adapt as client priorities change.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively with executives and senior staff 
• Discretion in handling sensitive information
• Able to accept assignments outside of regular work hours when necessary
