From analyzing drawings and specifications to conducting site visits and material takeoffs, you'll craft comprehensive cost estimates for MEP systems, ensuring accuracy, uniformity, and completeness throughout the process. Collaborating closely with project managers, engineers, and architects, you'll identify value engineering opportunities and cost-saving measures to optimize project outcomes.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of recent professional experience in preparing complete cost estimates for building construction, with 5-7 years specializing in MEP estimating.
