ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Receives and follows housekeeping and maintenance schedules and instructions from supervisor as

outlined in established procedures.

• Perform routine floor care including sweeping, mopping, buffing tiled and concrete surfaces.

• Performs routine carpet care including vacuuming, extracting, and spin bonneting.

Maintenance/Utility Assistant

• Perform advanced floor care including stripping, prepping, and applying various sealants and

finishes.

• Follows all Safety protocol as outlined in established procedures.

• Perform window cleaning as instructed by supervisor.

• Dispose of all trash and chemicals in proper containers and relines trash receptacle with plastic

liners.
