Entry Level- HR Specialist

Under the direction of the Director of Human Resources, the HR Specialist is responsible for supporting our HR initiatives and functions with the business goals and objectives. This is an entry level role for someone looking to start their HR Career in the Home Appliance Industry.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support employees in various HR areas including benefits, SharePoint, Employment Verifications, Attendance Policy, and other general polices.

• Ensure accurate and timely HR data for assigned business units. Leave of Absence Administration - answer employee questions, track, provide updates, and general management of FMLA, Disability, Workers Compensation, and other leave programs.
• Manage the Beko’s on- and off-boarding processes. This position is also responsible for conducting on-site orientation for all new hires.
