Enterprise Implementation Manager

Wisedocs is on a mission to make it easy and accessible for any company in the insurance, legal and medical space to understand medical documents quickly using AI (Artificial Intelligence). Every week, we process millions of documents, saving our customers hours and hours of manual processing time, and helping them process medical claims much more quickly.  

We are searching for an Enterprise Implementation Manager, with exceptional Project Management skills, to join our Implementations Team. This is a high impact role and plays a critical role in ensuring successful Enterprise customer onboarding.  

The role is open for both Canada and US based candidates. This role is remote for US based candidates, with quarterly visits to our Toronto, Canada office.

ECP is a market-leading SaaS software solution that enables senior living communities to better care for their residents. ECP is used in over 7,500 communities. As an Enterprise Implementation Specialist, you will play a key role in onboarding our largest customers. Leading them through the implementation of the ECP platform to meet their clinical, operational, and business needs. You will serve as the primary contact during the initial implementation phase, owning the client’s success from sales close to full use of the ECP software.
