Engineer - Manufacturing/Tooling

Our ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field, professional experience within a manufacturing and design environment, and strong problem-solving and math skills.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the single point of contact to resolve tool-related problems related to manufacturing
• Coordinate with the plant to resolve safety, quality, throughput, or cost issues related to tooling
• Generate and implement cost savings ideas to reduce tool and manufacturing costs
• Manage weekly tooling spend against a variable piece cost budget
