Engineer - Customer Focused

Our client is growing and looking for a Service Engineer to join their team. This is a direct hire position. You’ll be working for a company that started designing and building all types of gages for the global manufacturing market over forty years ago. Their diverse product line includes standard and custom gages, is based on extensive research and development, and is considered a full-service provider for all dimensional inspection needs.

 Responsibilities:

• Use strategies and resources to resolve customer issues
• Ensure expectations are exceeded by engaging with clients, engineers, and other technicians
• Respond to customer service requests promptly
• Monitor equipment and machinery performance, conduct quality and safety checks, and implement preventative maintenance measures
