A leading global law firm seeks an Energy, Regulation and Litigation Associate with 2-7 years’ experience to join our Chambers-ranked and growing energy practice. They represent clients on a broad range of energy regulatory matters, including regulatory authorizations and administrative litigation before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) and state utility commissions, energy project development, regulatory counseling for energy transactions, appellate litigation before federal and state courts, and interfacing with regional transmission organizations (RTOs). They work on large energy infrastructure projects such as renewable, thermal and nuclear power generation, power transmission, oil and natural gas pipelines, and liquified natural gas (LNG) export terminals.
