Medical Guardian is a fast-paced and rapidly growing medical alert and remote patient monitoring company with a substantial Health Services division. We are seeking an experienced Alarm Monitoring Operator to join our team.   

Medical Guardian’s mission is to empower our members to Live a Life Without Limits by providing an extensive suite of products and services and a best-in-class service experience. The Alarm Monitoring Operator will play an integral role in achieving our mission by offering fast, friendly, and knowledgeable assistance on test and emergency alarm calls through member PERS devices. 

Location and Schedule: This opportunity is hybrid, and our headquarters is located in center city Philadelphia. The hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm.
