Working Solutions is seeking full-time Instructors, who will work virtually from the comfort of their home offices, delivering the online instruction we provide to our independent contractor Agents just before they begin working on one of our virtual call center client programs.

BASIC FUNCTION

Design class curriculum and thoroughly prepare Working Solutions Agents for quality project work, to contribute to the growth and success of Working Solutions. This position reports to the Director of Agent Development.

• Complete research and/or training necessary to thoroughly understand the client’s business and project requirements. Meet with clients to determine preparation needs.
