District Safety Specialist

The District Safety Specialist is responsible for understanding the vision of the Firetrol Corporate Safety Department and implementing and overseeing the safety program on the local level for our Dallas, Fort Worth & Tyler, TX offices.

The following duties and/or responsibilities will be the daily focus of this position.

· Support all Firetrol Operations teams (Contracts, Services, Inspection) with job-specific safety requirements

· Conduct both planned and unannounced job site visits to ensure compliance with OSHA and Firetrol standard field safety protocols

· Perform field investigations, in cooperation with Corporate Safety Leadership, of any accident or incident loss

· Conduct necessary in-person training/corrective mentoring to staff in the field

· Coordinate specialty training needs for Departments and Projects

· Identify safety trends, both positive and negative, to help refine our total safety program
