The Armstrong Hotel and Ace Gillet’s will employ dish stewards to be responsible for washing, drying and putting away all dishes from the kitchen and banquets. Additionally, dish stewards will also be responsible for light food prep work in the kitchen....

The Dishwasher / Kitchen Steward will play an important role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen for our clients. Along with ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized, the Dishwasher / Kitchen Steward will assist with inventory management and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
