Director, Software Engineering Customer Experience

This role involves developing and supporting our main Tapcheck App and Employer Portal to serve our Employee customers and Employer customers, managing multiple teams under Customer Experience: Employee Experience, Employer Experience, Mobile, and Platform teams.
