The salary range is $109,000 - $134,000 per year based on years of experience.

We have an exceptional opportunity for a mission driven operations leader with a passion for high standards in healthcare services in a fast-paced setting at The Village at Orchard Ridge. We currently have 20 beds in our Health Center and 47 in our assisted living neighborhood. This size and ratio truly allows the team to focus on person centered care led by the Director of Nursing and Healthcare Administrator.

The Director of Nursing (DON) is multifaceted to promote and include a focus on resident’s quality of life services while ensuring optimal quality of care is delivered to each resident.
