Director of Network Capacity Building, Launch

The top candidate will braid together experience in pipeline or lead development with experience developing relationships with government officials to build capacity for independently operating coordinating programs.  

Areas of Responsibility

1. Manage early stage coordinating programs

• In collaboration with the Chief Programs Officer and other program teams, document our process that describes how we launch new coordinating programs
• Write the 3 year strategies that build independence for all early stage programs
• Provide capacity building, direct advocacy, fundraising and communications / marketing support, and governance documentation to support the on the ground leadership of new coordinating programs
