Director of Behavioral Health (DBH)

The Director of Behavioral Health (DBH) reports directly to the Executive Director and is primarily responsible for developing, planning, and supervising all clinical services, including mental health services, to enhance the quality of life for the organization's clients. The DBH oversees the leadership of Program Coordinators and the development and management of psychological, social work, and ancillary therapies provided within the outpatient services.

Responsibilities:

1. Establish appropriate quality standards for client care in mental health, addiction treatment, and health promotion activities.

2. Ensure the establishment of continuous improvement protocols in mental health and addiction services, and monitor ongoing compliance with quality assurance standards for mental health and substance use outpatient care.
