Director of Accounting, Bank Portfolio Management

Overview:

BM Technologies, Inc. (“BMTX” or the “Company”) is seeking a Director of Accounting, Bank Portfolio Management to oversee banking payment operations, including MasterCard transactions, interchange fees, provision losses, and overdrafts. This position will report directly to the CFO and will be responsible for managing the Portfolio Reconciliation Operations Team, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the Portfolio Reconciliation Operations Team, overseeing all general ledger and client (Partner Banks) account reconciliations, and preparing Bank Call Reports.
• Record, process, and analyze financial operations, providing necessary information for management decision-making and regulatory compliance.
