Director, Curriculum

The Henrico Education Foundation (HEF) plays a pivotal role in developing and implementing high-quality programming for the students attending Henrico County Public Schools. We contribute towards the educational success and well-being of our community’s youth.

We are looking for a Director of Curriculum to prepare and coordinate Program curriculum and provide vendor coordination and scheduling for all Program sites.

 Duties and Responsibilities

• Develops or oversees the development of the academic curriculum for HEF’s Afterschool programs, including:
• Develops math and literacy lessons for grades 1-5
• Oversees the development of the curriculum for math and literacy lessons for grades 6 – 12
• Creates and develops materials for lessons for grades 1-5; and 6-12 upon request from instructors
