Qualifications

Strong knowledge of land development and entitlement processes, including specific experience with jurisdictions along the Front Range. Specific experience in Colorado Springs is preferred.

Experience with retail fuel and convenience store project developments and program roll-out management is highly desirable.

Capable of making presentations to government agencies and neighborhood groups.
