Data Engineering Lead (Django/ Pandas)

• Lead/manager who likes getting their hands dirty and jumping in on IC work. We first want to talk to folks who have managed people and done project management and feel comfortable in both.
• Currently, the CTO and VP of Engineering are performing the functions of this role, and we're looking to have someone come in and lead this pod of 4 engineers. You would report to the VP of Engineering.
• Remote is fine or onsite in Austin. Ideally east or central time zone, but if any West coasters are morning people, that's no issue either!

Interview/screening process:

1. 30 minute initial interview with engineering leadership (CTO or VP of Eng) about your past experience and technical knowledge

2. Take home coding challenge (expect it to take 2-3 hrs - requires Django, DRF, Pandas and your own env setup)
