Job Requirements

• Greet customers, listen to their needs, and provide recommendations
• Ensure the facility is clean and organized, and that security systems are working
• Promote rentals and sell products like locks
• Follow up with potential reservations to confirm moving dates and secure storage units
• File paperwork and invoices, and handle payment processing
• Achieve and maintain monthly goals by limiting discounts and late fees
• Physically capable of lifting up to 30lbs
• Available to work weekends
• Professional manner
