Custodian, Lead - (part-time, 2nd shift)

Bon Secours Wellness Arena is excited to announce an opening for a part-time Lead Custodian on the 2nd shift. This position is vital in ensuring that our facility is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. The Lead Custodian will oversee the cleaning team during shift.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct the custodial staff during the 2nd shift, ensuring adherence to cleaning protocols and schedules.
• Inspect work areas and completed tasks, providing feedback and guidance to staff members.
• Perform cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing all areas of the arena, including restrooms, offices, and public spaces.
• Assist in training new custodial staff and ensure all personnel are following safety regulations.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and communicate with management regarding any needs.
