As a Corporate Staff Attorney, you will play a crucial role in providing legal guidance and support to our corporate clients. With a strong emphasis on corporate law, you will assist clients in domestic and international transactions, corporate governance matters, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, and contract negotiations.
