Corporate Safety Administrator

Firetrol Protection Systems is a leading provider of fire protection and life safety services. We are currently seeking a Corporate Safety Administrator to join our team and support our corporate safety team.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Fleet GPS Tracking System
• Monitor vehicle GPS connectivity and status reports to ensure all fleet tracking systems are operational.
• Generate Driver Scorecards and escalate issues to responsible team members.
• Assemble and distribute Vehicle Safety Packets 
• Safety Training Records
• Coordinate safety onboarding requirements with new hires and their managers.
• Assist safety team with preparation for face-to-face training classes
• Track data for safety training, update completion records, generate certificates, and provide reports to Corporate Safety team
• Monitor and coordinate State Licensing Renewals
