We are seeking a meticulous Contracts Processor to manage all aspects of the contract process, including preparing, revising, examining, and analyzing all appropriate documents. This person will maintain and keep record of all contracts and related reports, logs, and transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify sales information and accurately type up contracts for final processing.
- Log all contracts and related information into the database system promptly and accurately.
- Process payments and manage financial transactions associated with contracts.
- Handle contract edits, cancellations, and other modifications as needed.
