As a CI Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our production processes through continuous improvement initiatives. Your primary focus will be on identifying losses, driving improvement activities and projects, and developing and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration throughout the organization.

KPI Solutions is currently searching for a Continuous Improvement Engineer to enhance our internal and external installation sites.  The right person for this position will be able to meet the needs of our leadership teams by managing, maintaining, and improving our demonstration equipment at the Centers of Excellence.  This position will also better our installations at customer sites by performing audits and checks on engineering and installation.  To be successful in this role, you must be able to establish and maintain strong relationships with our internal teams and clearly report areas for improvement in our work.  Other key values that a candidate should possess are collaboration, leadership, and ownership.
