Compressing Molding Technician

Position Summary

1 Resource Group is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Compressing Molding Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for performing production work using plastic compression molding equipment. This will include filling molds and using presses and heating ovens to process plastic powder into shapes.

General Duties

• Follow and promote safe work practices and demonstrate a zero tolerance for non-compliance of safety policies and regulations
• Operate multiple presses and heating ovens
• Use various types of scales for weighing
• Assembly and filling of molds per written instructions
• Load and unload items from machines, carts, and dollies for processing
• Record processing data accurately
• Follow Quality policy and related procedures
